Monthly budget spreadsheet download: blank XLSX and English guide

Knowing which file to open first makes a digital download easier to navigate. The planner comes as one ZIP with five files: a blank, editable XLSX workbook, a four-page English PDF guide, cloud spreadsheet import instructions, a read-me file and the license text for the font used in the PDF guide. The image includes an excerpt from the workbook's Instructions sheet. Sample figures are fictional.

Extract the ZIP before opening the files. Keep a backup of the original workbook and use a working copy for your records. Read the instructions before entering January's opening balance, budgets or transactions. The filled demonstration workbook shown in promotional images is not included; the buyer's workbook starts blank.

The guide and read-me are different files from the editable workbook. The cloud import instructions provide steps, but they do not mean that every spreadsheet application has been tested directly. Chart appearance, formatting and print layout may differ between applications. A desktop or laptop is recommended for entering and reviewing records.

For any download, a small contents check is useful: compare the extracted files with the stated list and identify the file you will edit. If a file is missing, damaged or materially different from the description, contact the seller for review.
